Some of the ideas of the US Constitution are included in the Magna Carta.

Magna Carta includes the freedom of church. In the Constitution it is the first Amendment freedom of religion.

The both includes the right of fair fines.

They cannot be heavily fined. The punishment must fit the crime order to be fair.

No one can be placed on trial without a credible witness.

Contrast- 

US constitution happened in 1787
Magna Carta happened in 1215.
Magna Carta has a parliament.
The US Constitution doesn't have a parliament
The Constitution, the trial by jury is decided by the Judicial Branch. Magna Carta is guaranteed that everyone has a right to fair trial.
Magna Carta has parliament's but The US Constitution has the three branches of the government which is like the parliament of the Magna Carta.
There are many differences.
